    This beautiful location located in the Silver Lake section of Los Angeles is a 3-story tall, 20-room mansion built from 1926 to 1928.  It was listed in the National Register of Historic Places in 1987.  This estate has long been a popular filming location, dating back to the silent film era.  The house itself is 11,743 square feet and features a large variety of rooms in different styles each with individual designer touches and unique antique hardware and quirky detail.  This estate overlooks a multitude of fantastic views of the Pacific Ocean, the Santa Monica and Verdugo Mountains, and the downtown Los Angeles skyline which can be seen throughout the property.
